At our February 11th Member Meeting, BCWLE announced the launch of the Cross-Canada Wisdom Web. The Wisdom Web is a partnership between BC Women in Law Enforcement (BCWLE), Ontario Women in Law Enforcement (OWLE) and Atlantic Women in Law Enforcement (AWLE) to create opportunities to share knowledge and experience between our members nationwide. While not a formal mentorship program, through the Wisdom Web, we hope to connect members to others who can provide advice, support and expertise about topics such as leadership, promotion, careers, specialties and much more! Click on the following link, Wisdom Web to be taken to the member portal sign-in page to access the Wisdom Web. Currently the Wisdom Web has 52 advisors from across Canada.
