I have been a frontline officer with CBSA for 12 years and have held several roles during my career, including field coach,  in class Trainer, mentor, acting Superintendent and have worked on specialized enforcement teams. I have been passionate about and dedicated to improving equity, diversity and inclusion in my workplace and community. I was the co-founder of my workplace Mental Health and wellness group, I am a member of the CBSA national 2SLGBTQIA+ committee, the Co-chair of the CBSA PAC regional 2SLGBTQIA+ committee, a member of the PAC Region CBSA’s Women’s advisory committee, a past member of the PAC Regional Culture improvement team, and a past member of my districts EDI committee. I continue to actively work on improving workplace culture, inclusion and equity through initiatives that celebrate diversity and push for change.
