Sgt Amy Floyd has served for 18 years with the RCMP. As a dedicated RCMP member, she is committed to building safe, inclusive and trust-based relationships across all the diverse communities she serves. She is particularly passionate about her work with Indigenous communities, focusing on culturally grounded support and collaboration.
She is especially honoured to serve on the board for BCWLE, where she works with an amazing group of women to facilitate networking and create a foundation where ti build each other up. Beyond frontline service, whether she is mentoring junior members, collaborating with her BCWLE sisters, or rescuing animals in her downtime, she is dedicated to leaving a positive, lasting impact.
