Constable Jodyne Keller is a 25-year member with the VPD. She has had a diverse career over this span working in the Downtown Eastside and Neighbourhood Police Officer for the Musqueam Indian Reserve. She created the first ever Homeless Outreach Coordinator position, worked alongside the Muslim community while in the Diversity Unit, and transitioned with the City on the legalization of cannabis. Jodyne is now in the Education and Training Unit. As well as being a BCWLE Board member, she is also active on the Workplace Harassment Committee, coordinates and facilitates training for community policing volunteers on topical issues, and is on the steering committee for VPD’s first ever Beyond 2020 Resiliency conference.
