Do you want to take your leadership and your career to the next level? Royal Roads University is providing another offering of their course “THRIVE: Women and Leadership” from September 20 – October 31, 2021. The course focuses on the challenges, needs and opportunities unique to women leaders and will allow students to explore together how to maximize their impact and unique gifts and talents.
Through weekly webinars, students will take part in interactive, experiential learning and thought-provoking conversations, examining what is important to them about leadership and learning how to take the next steps to increase impact in all areas of their lives. Students will learn the importance of leading with a purpose that aligns with their values as well as examining what it means to lead in today’s world.
The course is 6 sessions in length with each 90 minute session focused on a specific topic. During the sessions, students will participate in weekly discussions, breakout sessions, peer coaching, reflective practice and journaling. The final assignment consists of creating a blueprint for the future.
